The Training Workshop on Computer and Office Administration, organized by the Institute of Medicine at Tribhuvan University, Pokhara Nursing Campus, was a comprehensive two-day event from 2081/02/28 to 2081/02/29 which was aimed at enhancing the administrative skills of campus administrative staff. The workshop featured sessions led by four resource persons: Mr. Khem Bahadur Pulami from IOE Paschimanchal Engineering Campus, Mr. Suraj K.C from IOM Pokhara Nursing Campus, Mr. Pushpa Raj Paudyal and Prof. Than Bahadur Chhetri from Prithvi Narayan Campus. These sessions covered a range of topics, including digital filing and document organization, tax assessment and procurement planning, minute writing and decision-making, and the principles of good governance in public institutions. Participants engaged in both theoretical discussions and practical exercises, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.

The workshop was highly interactive, with 12 participants actively involved in group work, presentations, and practical sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment. The financial support from Pokhara Nursing Campus was instrumental in the successful execution of the workshop. Overall, the event achieved its objectives of equipping participants with essential administrative skills, promoting effective office management, and enhancing governance practices. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the relevance and applicability of the skills and knowledge gained during the workshop.
